You’re under no contractual obligation, and you are entitled to a refund if it’s applicable. So in other words, let’s say it’s a six-month policy, you’re three months into it. You’re unhappy with the service you’re getting, or whatever the case may be, and you decide to cancel. If you prepaid that policy, so if you paid for the full six months in advance, you would get three months back. If you’re paying monthly and you cancel at the end of the month, then you may not get a refund.
